Adam embarked on his broadcasting journey at the tender age of 15, joining a local youth organization engaged in diverse RSL broadcasts and managing a year-round internet radio station. His passion for the medium led him to host the flagship Drivetime program on the esteemed heritage radio station, Sunshine Radio, situated in South Shropshire. As his career evolved, Adam delved deeper into the technical and production facets of broadcasting, transitioning to a 'Behind-The-Mic' role with various local radio entities.

In 2013, he founded what would later become Mercia Media and UK Jingle Production. Swiftly gaining recognition, Adam cultivated an extensive client base spanning local community radio stations to narrating sports programs on Pay-Per-View television channels in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.

A decade later,  and Adam boasts a diverse clientele of over 50 broadcasters, television channels, and podcasts worldwide. His recent accomplishments include overseeing the rebranding of Herefordshire & Worcestershire's Radio Wyvern, and Birmingham City's BRMB Radio. With a dynamic, adaptable, and energetic tone, Adam is well-suited to a wide range of genres, audiences, and briefs, showcasing his flexibility and proficiency in the broadcasting realm."
